Set Up / Tear Down Times:

Exhibitors can begin setting up at 10:00 am on Monday, Sept 16.  Tear down can begin after 4:30 pm on Tuesday, Sept 17.

RETURN SHIPMENTS:

Vendor will need to fully prepare shipment; boxed/taped closed to return ship.  Must be completely ready for pick up by shipper.

Vendor will need to have paid shipping label attached to each box (return shipping is to be paid for by the vendor).

Vendor or Metro Tech’s Conference Services staff will need to inform us by phone or e-mail that the shipment is ready for return shipment. We will arrange pick up with appropriate shipping company; as is indicated on shipping label by vendor.
