Dusty Borchardt Information Technology Director, City of Oklahoma City Dusty Borchardt serves as the Information Technology Director for the City of Oklahoma City, bringing more than 25 years of service to the organization, including over two decades within the City’s IT Department. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Management and has spent much of his career leading the implementation and support of technology solutions that enable the delivery of critical municipal services. In his current role, Dusty focuses on IT governance, organizational leadership, and advancing the quality, reliability, and security of technology services across the City. In his keynote presentation, "Beyond the Map: How GIS, AI, and Digital Governance Are Shaping the Future of Local Government," Dusty will explore how GIS has evolved from a mapping tool into the foundation of modern local government.
