What do I need to do to become a vendor?
  • Submit Registration & Payment
  • Send in Company Bio (no more than 125 words)
  • Send in Company Logo (jpg, tif, gif, pdf, png, ai, etc...)
  • Send in high resolution ad for the conference guide free 1/4 page ad (jpg, tif, gif, pdf, png, ai, etc...)(5" W x 2" H - Additional sizes can be purchased)
  • Bring a $25 minimum doorprize
  • Materials submitted after March 13, 2015 will not be guaranteed to be in the conference publications.
  • AD SIZE REQUIREMENTS
  • Additional booth staff may also register for an additional $150 / person for the exhibit day.

Hotel Services & Deliveries to the Crowne Plaza Crowne Plaza requires all deliveries and additional services to be handled via the following form directly with Crowne Plaza.

There is a $3.00 per box handling fee for all boxes received. This is $3.00 inbound and $3.00 outbound. This charge will be applied to the master account listed on the Vendor-Exhibitor Service Order. Pallets and crate charges are assessed differently.
Meeting Event incoming boxes are typically stored in the Red Oak Room on the 2nd floor and in the purchasing receiving area. All incoming boxes are logged at the hotel.
Crates and Pallets do not qualify as boxes.  A separate labor charge will be assessed for the handling of these items.
Any boxes left at the Crowne Plaza Dallas Near the Galleria seven (7) days after the event without prior instructions will be disposed of.
Any package delivered to the Hotel must arrive no sooner than seven (7) working days prior to the function.  It is imperative that the packaging slip has the following information:
