What do I need to do to become a exhibitor?
- Submit Registration & Payment
- Send in Company Bio (no more than 125 words)
- Send in high resolution Company Logo (jpg, tif, gif, pdf, png, etc...)
- Send in high resolution ad for the conference guide free 1/2 page ad (jpg, tif, gif, pdf, png, etc...)(5" W x 4" H - Additional sizes can be purchased)
- Please bring a $25 minimum door prize

For return packages, all must be packaged and labeled by exhibitors. Exhibitors must also schedule the pickup for the carrier they are using. Hotel does not setup pickups.
