Title: Oklahoma statewide leaf-off imagery program
Abstract: The state of Oklahoma has contracted for new, four-band (natural color RGB plus near infrared) leaf-off aerial photography at 6” pixel resolution that will be collected over two years. All data will go into public domain with no cost or licensing restrictions to the user and will be available in a variety of formats starting later this year. Previously NAIP imagery (leaf-on, either 1’ or 2’ pixel resolution) acquired during summer months was all that was publicly available however acquiring leaf-off imagery is tremendously important to see underneath tree canopy in creek beds, infrastructure and housing.

Title: Leveraging GIS for Recovery and Mitigation in Oklahoma
Abstract:
This presentation showcases the use of GIS to access and visualizing post disaster recovery efforts and long-term planning initiatives across Oklahoma.
Public Assistance Payment Tracker (PAPT)
By integrating spatial data from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management (OEM), GIS can support the identification of geographic trends in funding allocations related to natural disasters.
Hazard Mitigation Plan Status
By mapping plan adoption, expiration, and compliance with FEMA requirements, we identify jurisdictions at risk of losing eligibility for federal funding and highlight areas in need of updated or newly developed plans.
This presentation demonstrates how GIS can improve transparency in the funding allocations and mitigation strategies. Emphasis is placed on how spatial data can enhance coordination among stakeholders, support equitable resource allocation, and guide proactive planning in a state that regularly faces high-impact natural hazards.

Title: Exploring the New Enhancements in ArcGIS: Spring 2025 Release
Abstract: This Spring, Esri is excited to unveil the latest versions of two foundational products: ArcGIS Pro 3.5 and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5. ArcGIS Pro 3.5 focuses on enhancing quality, performance, and productivity, driven by user feedback that highlighted the importance of reliable tools over new features. As a result, we have prioritized refining existing tools while also introducing new enhancements. Meanwhile, ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5, available on both Windows and Linux, is a long-term support release that brings a host of new features and sets the stage for the next generation of ArcGIS Enterprise. This release will be the final installment of the 11.x series, offering a robust foundation for future migration. Join us in exploring these exciting advancements and improvements!
